Ms. Cheng sha, a trainee in international hotel management, impressed us with her thoughtful arrangements upon our arrival.Our suite, with two rooms, was perfect for our family of four, offering ample space and cozy amenities. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with organic and gourmet options that catered to all tastes. The hotel's quiet environment provided a serene backdrop for our stay, ensuring relaxation throughout.One particular highlight was the staff's attentiveness to our needs, exemplified by their proactive service when the restaurant was closed one evening. They not only provided alternative dining options but also ensured our comfort with small, thoughtful touches like heaters on the terrace and a selection of snacks in our room.the inclusive and family-friendly atmosphere at Rene Bohn Hotel made our stay truly memorable.
